At Kaelo Tours, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not due to our error

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect). We will respond with further instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation, contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
